Local Artist Has Fun With Snow Downtown

 Oneonta Teen Center Director and local artist Ian Austin was found this morning making a snow person on a bench in downtown Oneonta in front of the old Bresees. The snow storm yesterday which lasted through the night, led to all local school districts canceling classes for the day.Labels: News Update |
